Our Xanthan Gum is a light powder derived from the
fermentation of corn syrup. It acts as a thickener,
emulsifier & stabilizer in foods. In baked goods it adds
texture and creates the familiar "mouth feel" that's
missing from most Gluten Free products. A rule of thumb
is to use 1 teaspoon of Xanthan Gum for every Cup of
Gluten Free flour mixture.
